Experienced Bicycle Mechanic

We're looking for an experienced Bicycle Mechanic to join our busy, friendly shop. If you enjoy working with all types of bikes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What the Role Involves

• Service and repair a wide range of bicycles
• Liaise with customers before, during, and after servicing
• Build and safety-check new bikes for sale, display, and test rides
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment for customers and staff
• Help across the shop when needed, including sales and stock handling

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Ideally 2+ years' experience as a bicycle mechanic
• Cytech Level 2 or higher (preferred)
• Good spoken and written English
• Basic IT skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

What We Offer

• Initially 3 days per week, with the potential to move into a full-time contract
• 28 days' holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
