| Style | The perfect ingredients for your next trail session - Grin-inducing progressive geometry paired with a tough frame 140mm RockShox Pike Air fork Shimano Deore 1x 12 transmission and powerful Shimano Deore 4 piston hydraulic disc brakesThe original Big Trail concept was the result of a few UK dealers discussing the ideal UK trail bike with the Merida R&D chief - simple: 140mm air fork 29 wheels 1 x transmission and a dropper post. Now in its 2nd iteration Big Trail is a fun-packed and hugely capable trail bike. Its progressive geometry combines a steep 76.5deg. seat angle with a slack 64.0deg. head angle giving great climbing characteristics and plenty of stability when the terrain gets steep or rough. Sizing follows the Agilometer principle which means most sizes work for most body sizes so that riding style can be factored in. If you want to go fast take the longer size for agility take a shorter size. |
